The art of subwoofer custom fixing really is an art and it should be left at that. Subwoofers blow, the coils fall apart, the corn gets wrecked every single day that we all turn our sound systems up. Music is a part of society that cannot be replaced and that is why we as humans love loud sound systems.
Things happen to subwoofers a lot. The idea of fixing them as a do it yourself project comes to head right away for us humans as well. This do it yourself project really is not an easy do it yourself project. I would even guess at a percentage of the people that are thinking of doing this project themselves have no clue on what to do around a ninety percent. Is the price to pay someone to fix it worth it?
Most times than not, a person pays eighty percent of the full retail value of the subwoofer new to a person to fix the subwoofer. That basically means that you payed a person to fix it for eighty percent of the cost you could of payed to buy a complete new one. This is a simple equation, but a lot of people don't put it to thinking.
So before digging into trying to fix the subwoofer yourself or paying an arm and a leg to buy a new one, take a second to think about some variables you could do.

How to get replacement screws for amp?
I just bought a used amp of off ebay and the screws that hold the cords coming from the subwoofer didn't come with it where do I get these screws?
