i just bought 2 subwoofers rated at 3000 watts a piece max power. How big of an amp should i get?

each sub has dual coils each coil rated at 500 watts rms. i just want to know what size amp will make them reach their full potential. they are 2 ALPINE SWX-1043D 10" TYPE X 6000W SUBWOOFERS
i ended up buying a boss dd3600 it's rated at 1850 rms @ 2 ohms and 1350 @ 4 ohms i hope it doesn't blow my subs or crack my back windsheild

i would put a rockford fosgate t1000 amp on those badboys and do work ... rockford has real hardcore power and a cooling fan to keep it cool under extreme competition use
